Blog3: simple metrics to redress bad money

1. that at least 40% of dollars are given to POC-led grantee organizations and at least 50% go to women-led organizations.
2. that at least 40% of organizations supported are led by POCs and at least 50% of organizations are led by women.
3. that at least 40% of seats on board are held by people of color and at least 50% of seats are held by women.
